Progress to leading teams on the shop floor, coordinating daily planning, and driving operational excellence while owning a key subdivision. In your final rotation, collaborate with store managers to influence commercial decisions, analyze sales KPIs, optimize inventory and store layouts, and develop workforce succession plans. Complete a 12-month accelerated leadership journey across London, Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Glasgow, and Edinburgh, with rotations starting in January or September 2027.
