Progress to leading teams on the shop floor, coordinating daily planning, driving performance, and owning commercial responsibilities for a key subdivision. In the final rotation, collaborate with the Store Manager to influence commercial decisions, manage sales analytics and inventory planning, optimize store layouts, and align workforce planning with forecasts. Complete a store trial and final interview as part of the selection process for this 12-month accelerated leadership journey starting January or September 2027.
