Job Summary
Immerse yourself in store operations, mastering customer service, product deliveries, and omni-channel checkout processes during your first four months. Progress to leading teams on the shop floor, coordinating daily planning, driving operational excellence, and owning key subdivisions to influence performance. In your final rotation, work alongside store managers to manage sales analytics, inventory planning, layout optimization, and workforce alignment with forecasts. This 12-month accelerated leadership journey includes mentoring from senior leaders, participation in the Europe Leadership Convention, and rotations in Madrid and Barcelona. Full-time permanent contract with competitive salary, bonus, and staff discount.
Required Qualifications
