UNIQLO Management Candidate Graduate Programme - Spain 2027

Immerse yourself in store operations from Months 1–4, mastering customer service, product replenishment, and omni-channel checkout processes. Transition to leading teams as a supervisor in Months 5–6, coordinating daily planning, driving performance, and owning a key subdivision's operational excellence. In your final rotation, work alongside the Store Manager to influence commercial decisions, manage sales analytics and inventory planning, optimize store layouts, and execute workforce planning aligned with sales forecasts. This 12-month accelerated leadership journey includes mentoring from senior leaders, participation in the UNIQLO Europe Leadership Convention, and opportunities for fast career progression. Full-time permanent contract starting March or September 2027 with relocation support after the second rotation if required.
