Conduct customer service, manage product deliveries, and oversee omni-channel checkout operations during Months 1–4. Progress to leading teams, developing colleague performance, and owning a key subdivision by Months 5–6. Drive sales analytics, inventory planning, and layout optimization while working as an assistant manager alongside the Store Manager in Months 7–12. Participate in the UNIQLO Europe Leadership Convention in London and receive direct mentoring from senior leaders. The 12-month accelerated journey includes training in store operations, finance, and people management, with rotations across Paris, Nice, Annecy, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Toulouse, Nantes, Rennes, Cannes, Lille, Montpellier, Strasbourg, and other locations.
