Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations across Paris, Nice, Annecy, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Toulouse, Nantes, Rennes, Cannes, Lille, and Montpellier. Master customer service, product replenishment, and omni-channel checkout processes during the first four months. Lead team coordination, daily planning, and performance development as a supervisor in months five and six. Drive sales analytics, inventory planning, layout optimization, and workforce strategy as an assistant manager in the final rotation. Complete the 12-month accelerated leadership journey with direct mentorship from senior leaders and participation in the UNIQLO Europe Leadership Convention in London.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree
- Permanent work authorization in France
- Minimum B2 level in English
- Minimum B2 level in French
- Flexible to work weekends
- Flexible to work varied shifts
- Ready to start full-time in March or September 2027
- Open to relocation within France
