Job Summary
Rotate through every job station to master local operations while maintaining high customer service standards and store presentation. Lead and motivate staff by overseeing performance, providing training, and fostering a collaborative environment. Manage store operations including inventory, sales tracking, and safety compliance to optimize efficiency. Develop strategies to meet sales targets and improve store metrics while promoting UNIQLO's sustainability and LifeWear philosophy. Master retail fundamentals through immersive leadership experience, analyze sales data, and drive business growth. Prepare for full-time employment starting February 2027 with potential for international assignments and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor's degree in any discipline and any country
- Prior experience in retail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business/store, which includes evenings and weekends
- You must be ready and able to relocate anywhere across Canada for initial placement and future assignments
- Ready to start full-time from February 2027
