Job Summary
Provide excellent and courteous customer service to maintain UNIQLO's values by listening to customer needs and providing in-depth product information. Continuously remain knowledgeable with the brand, current store promotions, and any advertisements. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness on the sales floor while monitoring and replenishing floor stock as needed. Keep fitting rooms to store standards and assist customers whenever needed. Process various payment transactions using the Point of Sale system. Perform other duties as assigned. Full-time role requiring more than 32 hours per week with flexibility for evening and weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Full Time Store Associates must be able to work more than 32 hours per week based on business needs, average work week may comprise of up to 40 hours per week
- Must have flexibility in schedule availability and be able to work varying shifts during the week including evenings and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and ability to take initiative
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
