Job Summary
Provide excellent and courteous customer service to maintain UNIQLO's values while listening to customer needs and finding products that meet their requirements. Continuously remain knowledgeable with the brand, products, and current promotions to assist clients effectively. Maintain cleanliness on the sales floor and in non-sales areas, monitor and replenish floor stock, and ensure fitting rooms meet store standards. Process various payment transactions using the Point of Sale system and assist customers whenever needed. Work 32 to 40 hours per week with flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Full Time Store Associates are expected to work 32-40 hours per week (5 working days) and maintain open availability, including weekends and holidays, to support scheduling flexibility and operational demands.
- Must have flexibility in schedule availability and be able to work varying shifts during the week including evenings and weekends.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
