Job Summary
Deliver excellent customer service by listening to needs, recommending products, and processing payments via the POS system. Maintain sales floor cleanliness, monitor and replenish stock, and ensure fitting rooms meet store standards. Stay current with the brand, products, and current promotions while assisting customers whenever needed. Full-time associates work more than 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, with a starting salary of $18.00/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Full Time Store Associates must be able to work more than 32 hours per week based on business needs, average work week may comprise of up to 40 hours per week
- Must have flexibility in schedule availability and be able to work varying shifts during the week including evenings and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and ability to take initiative
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
