Job Summary
Provide excellent and courteous customer service by listening to customer needs, finding products, and delivering in-depth product information. Maintain sales floor cleanliness and tidiness while monitoring and replenishing floor stock. Keep fitting rooms to store standards and assist customers whenever needed. Process various payment transactions using the Point of Sale system. Remain knowledgeable with the brand, products, and current promotions. Work more than 32 hours per week with flexibility for varying shifts including evenings and weekends. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Full Time Store Associates must be able to work more than 32 hours per week based on business needs, average work week may comprise of up to 40 hours per week
- Must have flexibility in schedule availability and be able to work varying shifts during the week including evenings and weekends
