Direct daily store operations in the absence of management by opening/closing, monitoring team members, and ensuring safety and sanitation standards. Handle front-end administrative duties including cash handling, till prep, and gift card transactions while resolving customer complaints and exchanges. Perform cashier duties, receive vendor deliveries, stock merchandise, and complete electronic store reports and bag/video checks. Escalate employee issues regarding discipline, cash discrepancies, or attendance to the Store or District Manager. Maintain store conditions, follow emergency and loss prevention procedures, and adhere to the uniform dress code. Work flexible shifts between locations with a minimum age of 18.
