Job Summary
Load and unload equipment, perform basic preventative maintenance, and conduct minor repairs on pumps, power distribution systems, HVAC units, and diesel-driven equipment to minimize downtime. Utilize knowledge of hydraulics, electronics, and generators to maintain power and HVAC assets safely and effectively. This role supports Sunbelt Rentals, the fastest-growing rental business in North America, which offers extensive on-the-job training and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible full-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience and/or familiarity with repairing and maintaining Power/HVAC/Compressor/Pump equipment and accessories
- Basic knowledge of generators, power distribution, A/C, Heater, HVAC, and Diesel driven Pumps
- Possesses a basic understanding of diesel equipment, electronics and hydraulics
- Must be able to bend, squat, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more
- Must be able to work indoors/outdoors when required by the job
