Job Summary
Operate, inspect, and maintain all HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities to ensure energy efficiency and minimize downtime. Perform preventive and repair work on facility interiors, exteriors, and grounds, including walls, flooring, fixtures, and roofing systems. Conduct hazard assessments, comply with safety procedures and local ordinances, and report on conditions impacting client occupancy. Requires four years of technical experience in building engineering with Universal CFC recovery certification. On-site in Cleveland, OH; salary $70,054–$87,568 USD.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering
- Strong background in the technical aspects of HVAC
- Strong background in plumbing
- Strong background in electrical
- Strong background in production equipment repair and maintenance
- Knowledge of overall system design and applications
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment)
- Lifting up to 80 lbs
- Working from heights
- Frequently climbing, bending, lifting, kneeling, stooping, and working/extending overhead
- Working in adverse conditions (i.e., extreme cold, extreme hot)
- Climbing a ladder with a 300 lb. weight limit while carrying a tool bag weighing approximately 20 lbs
- Climbing a ladder up to 30 feet
- Must be available for Call-in work and perform other duties as required
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

- Two years of trades school or documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration and HVAC
