Job Summary
Service, program, test, and inspect fire alarm systems while diagnosing failures to identify repair needs. Replace system components as assigned and provide technical support to customers via remote phone diagnosis and troubleshooting of signal issues. Coordinate with managers and dispatchers to complete service and work orders efficiently, maintaining assigned vehicles, tools, and equipment. Perform fire alarm inspections and interact professionally with clients. Based in New York City, this role requires a high school diploma, trade school graduation, and four to five years of direct fire alarm industry experience. Siemens Systems certifications and NYC fire alarm fitness certificates are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Trade School graduate
- 4-5 years of direct fire alarm industry work experience across multiple fire alarm system manufacturers
- Clear background check
