Job Summary
Entry-level Union Installation Service Technician responsible for broadband installation and troubleshooting, delivering an outstanding customer experience. Performs installations and changes of service using established procedures, updates customer accounts, and communicates product and service education. Works with installation tools, climbs poles and roofs, uses ladders and bucket trucks, lifts up to 70 lbs, and may work weekends or overtime. Training will cover safety, company procedures, and certifications. Required skills include adaptability, strong communication, critical thinking, problem solving, resilience, and self-motivation. Education requirement is a High School Diploma or GED. Salary starts at $17/hour with paid training and comprehensive benefits; potential for overtime and variable schedules.
