Job Summary
Union-Class B CDL Driver for Sunbelt Rentals’ Trenching Branch in Shrewsbury, MA. Delivers and recovers trenching equipment, tools, and supplies to customer worksites using a Class B truck (10-wheeler) across diverse settings. Driving in urban/suburban/rural environments with emphasis on safety in construction zones. Requires CDL Class B license and a clean driving record; knowledge of truck-mounted crane is a plus. Role includes performing minor equipment/vehicle repairs, lifting 50+ pounds, and providing strong customer service. On-the-job training and comprehensive benefits are offered as part of a full-time position.
Required Qualifications
- Education High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid Class B CDL license
- Acceptable driving record
- Experience with commercial equipment preferred
- Experience driving flat-beds, RGN/lowboy, dovetail trailers
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment and vehicle at job sites
- Customer service attitude
