Union Data Center Technician II - Mobile Travel Team

Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on server racks, cooling systems, and network equipment at remote data centers. Perform preventive maintenance tasks, replace faulty components, and document all work performed in the ticketing system. Respond to critical incidents and escalations within strict timeframes to ensure high availability of IT infrastructure. Travel to various locations as part of a mobile team, adhering to safety protocols and company policies. This role requires a background in IT infrastructure and experience with data center operations.
