Union Data Center Technician II - Mobile Travel Team

Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of server racks, network equipment, and cooling systems at remote data centers. Perform preventative maintenance tasks, replace faulty components, and document all work performed in the company's tracking system. Respond to critical outages and escalations within strict response timeframes, rotating through multiple sites as part of the mobile travel team. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and security procedures while working in live production environments. This role requires a full-time commitment with frequent travel to various locations across the region.
