Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on server racks, cooling systems, and network equipment at remote data centers. Perform hardware diagnostics, replace faulty components, and document all technical work for audit trails. Travel to multiple locations as part of a mobile team to ensure consistent service delivery across the region. Complete daily logbooks and coordinate with site managers regarding equipment status and incident reports.
