Job Summary

Union - Customer Service Representative responsible for answering customer inquiries via telephone, email, and walk-ins; resolve routine and some non-routine problems, analyze customer service needs, and refer to other departments as needed. Responsibilities include supporting the customer base with questions and complaints, processing payments for cash account customers, researching and resolving problems as a liaison between departments, and providing back-up support to the sales counter with walk-ins and phone inquiries. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred) and 2-4 years of relevant experience, plus strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel/email.
