Job Summary
Operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders; transport and set-in-place Commercial Water Heaters; build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages; use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders; receive, verify, stage and stock inbound material; keep workspace clean and adhere to safety regulations including PPE; maintain ability to lift heavy objects as part of daily duties; team-based environment with overtime opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of warehouse experience in picking, shipping, receiving, or inventory is preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid state issued license is required
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent education
- Experience with RF scanners and some exposure to forklifts is a plus
- Familiarity with our products is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Problem solving and listening skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to independently lift 50+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally
