Uniforms Tech and Housekeeper

Job Summary
Manage and maintain inventory of uniforms, request dry cleaning, and process items for donation. Coordinate uniform issuance and returns, enter data into the Uniform Tracking System, and email requests to employees and supervisors. Provide Accounting and Human Resources with resignation uniform information and maintain organized records of uniform paperwork. Order and receive approval on uniform items as needed. Assist in monitoring and maintaining cleaning standards of the entire Casino property, ensuring it is safe and tidy. Clean all glass, brass, wood, and glass doors, vacuum carpeting, and stock restrooms and employee lounges. Adhere to State, Health Department, and safety policies. Work 24 hours a day in a fast-paced environment with moderate to loud noise levels. Must obtain a Gardena Police Department Work Permit and be at least 21 years of age.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Gardena Police Department Work Permit
- A High School diploma or a General Education Degree
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English
- Must be able to effectively communicate with customers and management
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive working relationships
- Must have ability to safely lift minimum of 25 lbs. without restrictions
- The ability to be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time
- Requires ability to constantly reach with hands and arms; occasionally required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Must be able to concentrate in an intense, fast-paced environment with numerous distractions
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to use a computer and to perform data entry and general typing
