Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service as a welcoming first point of contact for all customers and colleagues. Assist shoppers with inquiries and guide them through store entrances and exits to ensure seamless flow. Proactively identify and address potential safety hazards like spills or wet floors to maintain a secure environment. Respond calmly to urgent situations and escalate as needed to protect customer and colleague well-being. Maintain accurate records and complete required daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Perform other duties as assigned to support overall store operations.
Required Qualifications
- Physical ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Candidates who are 18 years or older are required to complete a criminal background check

- Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is preferred
- Strong ability to collaborate and build positive relationships with store teams and customers
