Uniformed Asset Protection Personnel

Provide exceptional customer service as a welcoming first point of contact for all customers and colleagues. Assist shoppers with inquiries, guide them through store entrances and exits, and proactively identify safety hazards like spills to ensure a secure environment. Respond calmly to urgent situations and escalate as needed while maintaining accurate records for daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Perform other duties as assigned to support overall store operations and customer satisfaction. This role is based at Zehrs #550 in Welland, ON, with a starting pay of $17.60 per hour.
