Job Summary
Distribute uniforms to customer employees, promptly respond to inquiries face to face, and maintain and stock inventory. Fix minor repairs, deliver products to various facility locations, and order and label new garments. Organize the room for garment handout and maintain daily transaction records. Make independent decisions regarding product quality requirements while adhering to safety programs. Requires basic computer knowledge and at least one year of customer service experience. Full-time, 1st shift.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Office/clerical work experience
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Ability to make decisions to ensure high levels of customer service at all times
- Ability to make decisions regarding product quality requirements
- Team player
- Adherence to Cintas' and the customer's applicable safety programs/procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Professional laundry experience
- Experience using an ironing press and steaming equipment
