Job Summary
Supports the Oracle Unifier system by managing user access, resolving issues, and assisting users across the business. Responsibilities include system improvements, testing and implementation of changes, data management and reporting, maintaining documentation, and providing user support for service requests, outages, and releases. Collaborates with stakeholders such as the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority and Oracle, contributes to process improvements, and supports safe, inclusive, and flexible team operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information systems /Computer Science or relevant discipline
