Job Summary
Support and manage AV, VTC, and telephony systems, overseeing in-house equipment in conference rooms and handling TV (IPTV) systems. Serve as the main contact for major event preparation and technical operations for live events, managing Zoom Phone and other communication tools. Provide guidance and design recommendations for all related systems while ensuring quality, reliability, and security of the unified communications infrastructure. Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity, and establish standards, policies, and procedures for compliance with regulatory and industry best practices. Handle Digital Signage requests and manage room installations and technology updates.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience with Zoom and Teams AV, phone, and events
- knowledge of AV devices such as Crestron, Logitech
- Knowledge of Digital Signage - 3+ years' with Digital Signage platforms such as AppSpace, Populo, BrightSign, etc.
- Room installation experience (3+ years); updating AV technologies
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of and passion for media, entertainment, and technology industries (including key players, growth trends and drivers, new media models, industry structure, etc.)
- Familiarity with streaming and similar products/services
- Experience working in a national or global company
- Comfortable in working in highly iterative and somewhat unstructured environment
