Job Summary
Design and execute people experience initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and key moments that foster connection. Collaborate with people partners and leadership to coordinate cross-functional programs and facilitate smooth process execution. Develop internal communications for employee platforms and analyze market trends, survey data, and feedback to drive program evolution. Track progress and report on initiatives to support continuous improvement and strategy refinement. This hands-on opportunity supports NCS's people-centric goals within its Asia Pacific AI tech services division.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a studies in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Arts & Social Sciences or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with good organisation and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
