Job Summary
Support the design and execution of People Experience initiatives and events such as 7.7 Homecoming, Heroes Award, and festive celebrations. Craft inspiring internal communications for employee platforms and knowledge hubs, while coordinating cross-functional initiatives with leadership and stakeholders. Analyze market trends, survey data, and feedback to drive programme evolution, and track progress to support continuous improvements and strategy refinement. Manage vendor partnerships for logistics and facilitate employee lifecycle processes for new hires and global assignees. This internship runs from January to June 2027, offering exposure to People Experience, Global Mobility, and Employee Engagement within NCS's AI Tech Services ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with good organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
