Job Summary
Educate Sales and Practice teams on funding application processes, develop user guides, FAQs, and training materials, and analyze current workflows to identify improvement opportunities. Simplify application procedures by creating step-by-step guides and checklists, conduct knowledge-sharing workshops, and gather stakeholder feedback to recommend process enhancements. Support the Partnership team by reviewing funding applications, performing quality checks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure submissions are complete and timely.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to explain and simplify complex processes
- Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Desired Qualifications
- Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts
- Experience creating training materials or process documentation
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate
