Job Summary
Organize workshops, training programs, and initiatives to enhance individual, team, and organizational performance. Collaborate across levels to understand organizational needs, identify improvement areas, and develop OD strategies aligned with business goals. Support cultural transformation projects, implement change management initiatives, and conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Manage multiple tasks with strong organizational skills while fostering an inclusive, high-performance workforce. This internship runs from January to June 2027 for undergraduates in Business or Marketing, supporting NCS's mission to drive real business impact through AI and digital resilience across the Asia Pacific.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate majoring in Business or Marketing
- Strong organisational skills and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at various levels
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with a genuine eagerness to learn and contribute to driving positive change
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
