Job Summary
Review commercial contracts, experiment with agentic AI workflows to automate repetitive tasks, and create, update, and maintain Legal AI prompt libraries. Assist in building the AI playbook, migrating legacy documents into structured digital formats, and collaborating on a centralized legal data repository. Conduct supervised legal research across contracts, compliance, IP, and data protection while providing administrative support to optimize efficiency. This internship spans January to June 2027 for candidates pursuing studies in Technology or Law, with a focus on developing expertise in AI governance and digital transformation within NCS's Legal team.

- Certification in AI related areas a plus
- Interest in AI, digital content management, or knowledge management systems
- Interest in law and legal processes — no background required
- Enjoys organizing information and improving processes
