Job Summary
Maintain and administer the knowledge repository to ensure information is accurate, current, and accessible, managing the full lifecycle of knowledge assets from creation to archival. Coordinate periodic reviews and validations of knowledge articles, work instructions, and standard operating procedures with subject matter experts to ensure alignment with current business processes. Collaborate with Operations, Training, Quality Assurance, and Client stakeholders to facilitate timely updates and gather user feedback to improve content quality and searchability. Identify opportunities to strengthen knowledge sharing and implement improvements to repository structure for enhanced operational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when reviewing and maintaining documents.
- Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn new systems, business processes, and knowledge management practices.
- Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards continuous learning and improvement.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle organisational information with professionalism.
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with document management systems, knowledge repositories, or collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, or similar) is an advantage but not mandatory.
