Job Summary
Prepare and revamp PMM/ITO presentation slides by researching content and creating visually engaging, professional decks. Collaborate on branding and messaging while assisting with monitoring, troubleshooting production systems, and supporting incident management. Handle service requests, document technical processes, and provide first-level support for user queries. Perform system health checks and help track incidents to closure. Currently pursuing studies in Business, Communications, IT, Computer Science, or related fields with strong communication skills.
