Job Summary
Support planning, scheduling, and coordination for IT infrastructure projects across client sites in Singapore. Maintain project trackers, risk logs, and status reports while consolidating asset inventories and deployment records. Prepare documentation including meeting minutes, action logs, and closure documents for handover to operations. Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely completion under the mentorship of experienced Project Managers. Participate in cross-functional meetings and assist with site surveys and vendor coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Microsoft Office Proficiency
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Excel functions (e.g., sorting, filtering, PivotTables)
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Able to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
- Organisational and Time Management Skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet project timelines
