Job Summary
Support the implementation and go-live of a new AI-powered consolidation system, including result analysis and ensuring reporting and compliance requirements are met. Assist with group closing matters, such as communicating with regional teams, and help document processes, findings, and improvement opportunities. Contribute to finance process automation initiatives by providing ideas and hands-on support to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Prepare and finalize financial statements while assisting in audit coordination and responding to audit queries. Participate in team discussions to present progress or findings as required.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Basic accounting knowledge (e.g. financial statements, journals, consolidations)
Desired Qualifications
- Interest in finance systems, data, or automation is an advantage
