Job Summary
Deliver user-centric solutions by facilitating user adoption of new processes and ways of working through effective change strategies. Design communications from newsletters to briefing decks, and participate in interactive workshops with stakeholders ranging from users to senior management. Contribute ideas during client discussions, manage key stakeholders in dynamic environments, and assist in tracking project deliverables to keep work on track. Apply design thinking and Gen-AI tools to enhance team productivity and client experience while supporting project execution. Gain hands-on experience in consulting and stakeholder engagement directly shaping outcomes for real clients.
