Job Summary
Support the development and execution of commercial growth initiatives by translating strategic concepts into executive-ready presentation materials, business proposals, and communication collateral. Coordinate presentation materials, meeting logistics, and stakeholder inputs to plan and execute executive meetings, customer engagements, and C-suite visits. Act as the coordination point between Sales, Delivery, Operations, Legal, and other corporate functions to facilitate timely execution of business initiatives while tracking action items and monitoring project milestones. Develop and enhance executive presentation templates and reporting formats to improve consistency, and identify opportunities to streamline coordination processes. Assist with scheduling and communication between internal stakeholders and clients, and contribute to special projects providing exposure to cross-functional collaboration and executive decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging with stakeholders across different functions
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
- Good presentation design and information visualisation skills
