Job Summary
Develop AI-powered assistants and agents to support solution design using Retrieval-Augmented Generation and agentic AI. Build reusable architecture patterns, templates, and technical assets for API Gateway and enterprise integration solutions. Support event-driven designs with messaging platforms like Kafka and Solace while creating monitoring dashboards and operational runbooks. Research emerging technologies to evaluate new tools and improve engineering productivity within Agile sprint teams. Document technical designs, implementation guides, and best practices for internal adoption and presales demonstrations.
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Interest in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents
- Basic understanding of APIs, system integration, or automation technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Curious and eager to explore emerging technologies
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take ownership of assigned work
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts, CI/CD, monitoring, or observability
- Willingness to learn enterprise integration platforms such as Kong, Solace, Kafka, Workato, and IBM MQ
