Underwriting Support Technician (hybrid)

Prepare and process new business, renewal, and quote-related tasks while ensuring accuracy and adherence to workflow standards. Secure, complete, and summarize preparatory underwriting tasks for quotes, new policies, and renewal policies within authority. Coordinate information across multiple systems including OnBase, COMPRO, and Mainframe for new business applications, policy change requests, and E&O documents. Monitor and import emails from Webcld, Webpld, Amendcld, EO.Apps, Underwriting Decisions, and PIC.Requests, performing quality control on incoming Lines of Business and contacting underwriters or agents as needed. Pull Workers' Compensation reports for applicable states, perform document separation and indexing, and resolve exceptions in OnBase queues. Serve as the primary communication point for underwriters and agents regarding prepping and PIC tasks.
