Job Summary
Support the commercial lines underwriting process by handling transactions and policy changes, assisting with the review/acceptance or decline of new or renewal CL business, and coordinating with underwriters and sales producers. Prepare underwriting files, obtain missing information, ensure proper documentation and privacy compliance, and maintain strong relationships with underwriters, agents, and brokers. Hybrid work model with Denver, CO or Portland, OR offices; at least an associate degree or equivalent experience and 1 year of related work experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1 year of related work experience
- Insurance courses related to property and casualty insurance (beneficial: IIA and CPCU)
- Effective communication, analytical, and mathematical skills
