Job Summary
Lead the design, development, and delivery of underwriting education programs and content. Responsibilities include conducting file reviews, assessing training needs and priorities to develop underwriting competency, sharing knowledge to help others flourish, building relationships, and mentoring teams. Requires extensive underwriting experience (Property, Casualty, Auto) with a strong commercial focus, CIP/FCIP designation, and familiarity with adult learning principles; bilingual (French/English) is an asset. Hybrid work arrangement available (50/50 office and home) with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of the CIP/FCIP designation
- 15 years of Underwriting experience with in-depth knowledge of Property, Casualty, and Auto (strong Commercial focus)
- Strong relationship-building background with a team approach
- Understanding of Adult Learning Principles is an asset
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset
