Underwriting Product Owner

Job Summary
Own and communicate Underwriting’s product vision; manage the Underwriting product backlog and translate requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria. Act as the liaison between Underwriting stakeholders and IT delivery teams to ensure alignment with objectives and timelines. Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and ensure delivered functionality meets business expectations. Champion a user-centered design approach, monitor product performance, and drive opportunities for enhancement or optimization across Underwriting systems. Requires experience in product ownership/business analysis within technology delivery, strong Agile/Scrum understanding, and a Bachelor’s degree with five or more years in related roles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- Five or more years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or a related discipline
- Agile or Product Owner certification (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) preferred
