Job Summary
As the Underwriting Manager for Agriculture at Farm Family Insurance, you will oversee daily underwriting operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency in policy changes and reinstatements. Essential duties include coaching and supporting underwriters, refining processes, leading underwriting audits, and coordinating with field leadership on claims and regulatory tasks. Ideal candidates will have over eight years of P&C underwriting experience, particularly with agricultural risks, and exhibit strong leadership and analytical skills. A college degree or relevant insurance designations are preferred.
