Job Summary
Provide administrative assistance to executive and staff underwriters and assist with Surety Group home office projects. Generate indemnity agreements, pull reports from various sources, and manage agency relationships. Communicate with internal and external parties via emails, memos, and calls. Anticipate underwriting needs and proactively support executives to enable business growth. Learn company systems and processes during the first 30 days, then become the reliable resource for the team. This role requires two years of relevant experience and excellent organizational skills within a collaborative Los Angeles team.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of relevant and progressive experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
- Facility with using programs, systems, and gathering information from multiple sources
Desired Qualifications
- College degree is a plus
