Job Summary
Process new and renewal submissions to determine compliance with underwriting criteria and completeness of documentation. Support the underwriting workflow by servicing new business and renewal accounts, reviewing Broker of Record letters, and finalizing policy issuance. Manage daily activities under the direction of Underwriters, including audit preparation, file maintenance, and following up on outstanding subjectivities and loss run requests. Ensure quality processing throughout the policy lifecycle while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external teams. Requires 2+ years of commercial property insurance experience and strong multitasking skills.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in commercial property insurance on the wholesaler, MGU, or carrier side
- Ability to Multitask and prioritize work
- Strong attention to detail and understand the importance of business needs
- Strong organization and time management skills
