Job Summary
Execute user acceptance testing and quality assurance efforts to minimize production defects while performing data integrity checks using Google Cloud Platform, Databricks, Excel, Salesforce reporting, and Tableau. Translate business needs into clear analytical requirements for technical teams via JIRA and develop working knowledge of SQL, SAS, and Python to support testing and ad hoc analysis. Guide users to existing tools, identify opportunities for new solutions, and design controls and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and governance. Collaborate with product owners, IT partners, and leadership to drive underwriting transformation and facilitate issue resolution across cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in PBM or healthcare
- 1+ years of analytical experience (Excel, Tableau)
- 1+ year of coding experience (SQL, SAS, or Python)
- Bachelor's degree required
