Job Summary
Digest, apply, and refine underwriting principles for high-value sailing and motor yachts. Process incoming Requests for Quotation to create tailored coverage for owners and fleet operators. Manage relationships with key customers and partners while representing Sealogy at high-class industry events and trade shows. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform underwriting decisions. Work with an international team from Germany, Italy, Spain, Croatia, and beyond.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in underwriting ideally in Marine and/or Yacht Insurance
- Willingness to understand and shape complex technical matters
- Strong Communicator with a professional demeanor
- Collaborative team player, comfortable working across departments
- Interest in the Yachting World
- Fluent in English and at least one European language (Spanish, French, German, Italian, Greek or Portuguese)
