Conduct multi-line underwriting decisions for Canadian small businesses across property and casualty segments, collaborating closely with broker partners to assess holistic risk. Utilize strong technical skills to ensure accurate risk assessment while maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Provide coaching, mentoring, and development to less experienced underwriters within a collaborative team environment. Solve complex problems and build success in a fast-paced setting. Requires 2-5 years of multi-line underwriting experience and completion of CIP, FCIP, or RPLU designation. Base salary range is $66,000 - $98,000 with a flexible hybrid work model.
